From supporting events, performances, and private hires to driving commercial success, the role blends hands-on management with strong leadership in a dynamic cultural setting.

About East Point Pavilion
A stunning Victoriana-style glass pavilion overlooking the sea, East Point Pavilion opened in June 2022 and has since become a key hub for food, events, music and community in Lowestoft. Reimagined by award-winning Hemingway Design, the versatile space houses a bar and independent food concessions, and sees a year-round programme of cultural, commercial and community events. These range from makers markets and album launches to free half- term children’s activities and open mic nights. The Pavilion is managed by First Light Festival CIC, the team behind the town’s annual multi-arts beach festival, in collaboration with East Suffolk Council.
